We speak Russian (native) and English (advanced). Our Spanish is still at a basic level, but we are learning. For important matters we prefer written communication.

Our pet — Lala

Lala is our long-haired chihuahua: female, 7 years old, 3 kg. She is spayed and her vaccines are up to date.

She is extremely calm: she essentially only sleeps and eats. She does not bark. She has lived her entire life in apartments with close neighbors, and we have never received a single complaint.

We do not walk her outside — she relieves herself exclusively at home, in a designated spot. This means there is no risk of noise in hallways, elevators, or shared spaces.

She can stay home alone for up to 3-5 days without issues, though this rarely happens since both parents work from home.

Essential conditions

Before we consider any apartment, the following basic conditions must be met. We state them in advance so no one wastes their time:

We prefer the apartment unfurnished or partially furnished. We have enough furniture of our own to equip an empty apartment.

We do not work with any other form of guarantee: no garantía propietaria, no payslip, no seguro de caución, no paid guarantees. This point is not negotiable.

About us and our lifestyle

We are a quiet and reserved family. We don't smoke. Both parents work from home, so we spend most of the day in silence, in front of our computers.

We regularly host friends on weekends to play board games. They are quiet gatherings — no loud music, no parties. In our culture, it is not common to disturb the neighbors, and we are mindful of quiet hours.

We own two cars. We mention this not as a parking requirement, but to convey that we are settled in Argentina with long-term plans.

Where are you from?

We are Russian. We have been permanent residents in Argentina since March 2023.

Do you have a DNI?

Yes. Both parents have permanent residency and DNI. Our daughter is an Argentine citizen by birth.

How will you cover the guarantee?

Security deposit and advance payment, to be agreed upon. We do not consider any other form of guarantee: no garantía propietaria, no payslip, no seguro de caución, no paid guarantees.

How do you prove your income?

Through the monotributo registration certificate and tax payment receipts from AFIP. We also offer advance payment as additional proof of financial capacity. If needed, we can share the employment contract with the company we work for.

Is the pet quiet? Can she stay alone?

Completely. She does not bark, she does not leave the home, and she stays alone without issues.

How long would you stay?

Minimum 12 months, ideally longer. We are looking for stability.

What do you do for a living?

The father works as a Chief Technology Officer at a software company (remote, 4 years with the same company). The mother is a homemaker and takes care of our daughter.

Do you speak Spanish?

Basic level. For complex matters we prefer written communication.

Do you have references?

Yes, from previous landlords in Argentina. Available upon request.

Can you bring your own furniture?

Yes, we have enough of our own. That is why we need the apartment unfurnished, or with the option to remove the existing furniture.
